I need two things to happen, the Seahawks to beat the Eagles and the Eagles to miss the postseason.

Are the Eagles for real?

The Seahawks have a pretty tough schedule ahead.

But huge difference between those two in big games...

So far yes. But we could say the same thing about Barry Bonds and Derek Jeter. But no one would try and say Jeter was a better player than Bonds.

Cowboys will make sure they miss the playoffs, and I think the Seahawks game will be the game the Eagles finally fall back to earth. But who knows.

Yeah, but it's different with pitchers. They can literally dominate a game in a way that no hitter can, or at least rarely can.

Well... this is an enjoyable game.

Indeed though I was hoping for a goose egg going into the half.

Wow, Huskies have given up 21 points, thats dissapointing....

I agree...their defense got a little soft in the 3rd.

I would like to get Andrew's thoughts on the fun from Eugene tonight.

Huskies put up 70 on Oregon... most they have ever allowed. And the Huskies did it in Eugene. Most point ever scored by either team in the 108-game series. This comes after crushing #7 Stanford last week.

What Chris Petersen has done is impressive.

I would expect something of a shootout, but the weather may hamper that. Depends on how much rain is actually falling during game time. Right now it's looking like the first half at least could be pretty wet.

Tough call... that band seems to be rotating northward and might just clear downtown by 1:25.

The trajectory makes it hard to determine though.

Looks like that band of rain over downtown Seattle is going to push to the north just in time for the game to start.

Totally dry here for the last 2-3 hours with numerous sun breaks.
