Has to be tough for Chip Kelly to watch the Eagles thriving now with a great rookie QB while he is sitting in SF with Blaine Gabbert and losing.

Chip Kelly sucks... He destroyed Philly. I am kinda shocked the Eagles are 3-0, I'm wondering if they can keep this up or fall back to earth?

Might slow down a little once teams have film on Wentz... he has been insanely good.

Tough day for professional athletes. Three Deaths over the weekend. Arnold Palmer. Jose Fernandez. Mylan Hicks. (CFL player with Calgary Stampeders)

I know. Very sad news.

I worked for Arnold Palmer Golf Managment for many years...many years ago. Never met the man but his passion and integrity definitely showed through the company and was great company to work for. Then another management company took over the GC that I worked at that had zero integrity and it showed nearly instantly. He will be missed.

And not so good tonight for the M's. This was probably the last loss they could perhaps afford. They will need to win out now for even a shot.

Losing 4 of 6 on the last home stand sealed their fate and embodied why this team just wasn't quite playoff material.

I'm liking their chances next season, though.  But I suspect the front office will find a way **** that up.  Perhaps they can re-sign an aging, alcoholic Richie Sexson?

Not a huge baseball fan, but I'd love for the Dodgers to win for Vin. The guy is an absolute class act and deserves it after his career.

Huskies putting on a show in the first half against #7 Stanford.

And yet they will still find a way to lose to the Ducks next week.

So... Stanford comes in at #7 while the Huskies were #10.

Thinking there might be a shake-up in the rankings.   :)

Huskies win 44-6... I doubt anyone saw that coming.    They just completely dominated Stanford from the start.

Blue Jays losing again and trying to make this interesting.

Their starting pitching has been unreal as of late.  Just cant score a few runs to save their lives.  Painful to watch.  Their bullpen has generally been scary to watch, especially now that Osuna looks tired.

Nice to see their attendance is so good.  They had over 3.3 million in attendance this year.

Blue jays giving the Mariners more hope. Balked in the tying run in the 8th.

Mariners need to rally or be eliminated now.

Oregon is pathetic this year. Maybe 5-7 at best. It took the Huskies 20 years to be good again. I may be in my 50s when Oregon is a contender again. :(

To be fair, Colorado is actually pretty good this year. But yeah, Ducks are definitely having a down year.

Sad. Felt like it might have been meant to be there for a bit.

Leave bases loaded in the bottom of the ninth... that hurt.

Bumgarner is basically unbeatable in the postseason. Literally the best in history.

He is really an incredible pitcher. Amazing that him and Kershaw are in the same division. This was his best year yet statistically and he is only 27.
