It's because they recognize the fact he's being railroaded.  All of the hoopla and he still hasn't been convicted of a crime.  Most of the indictments against him are using laws that are almost never used or have never been used before.  They have an obvious vendetta against him.

If the federal government refuses to uphold our nations sovereignty then they have failed in their most basic task and are no longer legitimate. I would love to see some Democrat governors have the courage to join the Republican governors in upholding this most basic principle. We start by securing our border and then move to remove all who are in our nation illegally. We start with criminal aliens and then move on down the list from there.

Well an illegal alien is automatically a criminal, so your point is mute. Any crime committed by a criminal alien towards a citizen is 100% preventable. I don't understand why you believe we have no right to national sovereignty? If you have no borders, you have no country. Why is this administration obsessed with allowing our country to descend into complete madness?

They are doing it for a number of reasons including needing more democrat voters, changing congressional districting control (they are moving them to some areas to be counted in the next census), making the the country less white, and so on. They are committing treason by not protecting this nation that they swore under oath to protect!

I do not care if the country is less white. As long as those coming in adhere to the law, contribute to society, and assimilate into our culture. Except they take a wrecking ball to our culture, tell us we have no culture, and replace it with vapid consumerism and Taylor Swift.

It's interesting how they tell us it is "racist" to expect people to assimilate. Other nations expect their immigrants to assimilate into their culture as well. I personally know of somebody that was killed by an illegal, and it resulted in a month long man hunt in Central WA.  Not only that, but this guy is dead because the State of Washington, and King County refused to hand this A-Hole over the ICE agents.  Thankfully they finally apprehended the suspect.  If I were a family member of the deceased I would have gone after the state for breaking Federal law.

I wouldn't read too much on that ruling the other day.  All it did was vacate a lower court ruling.  Bad decision, but I still have hope they will vote the right way on the big picture.

I ask myself why we don't apply the death penalty more? Or ever. Oregon hasn't executed someone in over 25 years. I believe our former governor abolished it. Personally I believe life without parole is cruel and unusual. It's cruel to the inmate, it's cruel to the victims and their family, and it's cruel to society and the taxpayer.

Ah, yes, that famous conservative skepticism of government power and authority again.

Let’s trust the government to not botch killing people (an irreversible decision) in retribution.

Not to mention that there is approximately zero correlation between capital punishment and crime rates, and that advanced countries (i.e. not banana republics, even very wealthy and powerful ones) have abandoned it, mostly decades ago, and are maintaining public order just fine.
