Yeah I actually commented on it. I knew it would be windy but IIRC the NWS was focusing on winds elsewhere. But then again, maybe it was forecasted, but all the focus was on the flooding so we may have missed it. I just dont remember any high wind watches.

Ngl I'd be happy even if we could just get some really crazy runs for several days that then gets rug pulled violently into a nothingburger around day 4 or 5. We've had so much "ehhh, it's close but not quite there" kind of stuff this year, but almost no serious eye candy. 90% of my snow related dopamine comes from the model riding, so that would still be pretty fun for me

Mountains will get snow, no doubt. Snow line will drop to 500-1000’ for a few days, I’m sure of that.
