I saw numerous stories about the people from Puerto Rico and St. Croix helping out and even sending boats to the islands destroyed by Irma and now just a couple weeks later they are about to be devastated by yet another category 5 hurricane. Yeah it is. One two punch for the Virgin Islands. If there were buildings that weren't damaged from Irma, Maria looks to continue.
