It's beautiful! No matter what i end up with i am just glad that at least everyone will see snow in the valley

Looking closer there appears to be two main bands of energy and a split of some sort between them. Looks like you might be in that zone currently.

I was directly under that heavy, narrow rotating band on the east side for 20 mins. Still no precip even falling.

I'm getting walloped by that band right now.  Huge flakes.

Roads are still bare here, but grass is covered. Getting closer and closer to that magic 32 number.

Pressure still falling along the S. Oregon coast. Snow coming down light to moderate rate here. 1.7" total now.

Precip is really enhancing over the metro area now, especially on the west side of town. Down to 29.6 here which is much colder than i anticipated

Looks like the back edge is increasing in intensity, so should get a few hours of some pretty good rates as it slides east.

Interesting, 33 at Hillsboro. The heavier precip rates on the west side of town must be doing the trick

I'm fine with that. Nice moderate snow with this heavier band and the roads are completely covered.

Yup radar is almost completely filled in on the west side now and really enhancing. This is the heaviest snowfall rates i've had all winter
