It’ stayed steady with the southern track when ALL the other models pushed it further north. It's been raining most of the AM and we are right on the line of rain/snow for the radars but sadly getting the rain. Wish it was snow. I was going to say, your last picture looks very much like a PNW snowstorm with wet snow sticking to everything. Not so much like a Midwest snowstorm where everything is blowing around with drifts and the trees are more bare. Figured it was only a matter of time until the Midwest-aspect kicked in. The storm total precip is 1.16" which is the normal precipitation for the entire moth of January. The wind has picked up though and visibility is poor. Measured 9.1" about 15 minutes ago.
