I'm not sure why you are having problems with it. FWIW I usually use the tropical tidbits for quick model viewing.  I use WB for digging deeper.  Tidbits is just easier for quick viewing IMO.

Yard work for me relocating plants while they sleep.  The sound of mowers quite evident in the neighborhood as well.

Sound of jets is common here today. They frequently pass over from the SW on their way into PDX.

I enjoyed the jets on final approach when I lived in Troutdale now I enjoy them in Federal Way including lots of heavy aircraft.  Worked at the Tacoma Costco so enjoyed the constant C-17s on final approach!   What I do miss is your f-15s doing their thing! Sometimes doing the vertical takeoff!!  Got lucky once boarding a plane on the tarmac at PDX when 4 fighter jets took off about 30 seconds apart.....noisy vibrating fun and put a smile on all of us boarding the plane!!!

While it drives me insane to have it so warm in December I did take advantage of it to get some finishing touches done on the yard work.  There also will be a flip side to this.

I had one spot left to mow that NEVER dries out this time of year, but it did today.  The entire lawn is short and ready for snow cover now.  Today reminds me of a couple of days in early January 1996....

RIchmond is the ultimate definition of pancake flat. The only hill I saw was manmade for the freeway overpass to get off towards No 3 Road

When the chances of being shot are greatly diminished the idiocy of drivers escalates. I see alot of unnecessary honking up there too. Canadian Honkers alright just like the Geese at the park

I agree but on Sunny days Richmond has stupid drivers... Add half a inch of snow and it's a death trap. I can confidently say we have the worst drivers. We even get laughed at across Canada lol

Blocking just explodes over the north Pacific at the end of the run.  A theme that has been showing up consistently on the GFS extended on recent runs.

Lol this is true, You will get honked at for no reason or just because. You would think there's 1 million Phil's up here wanting to kill you. Our transit system in the snow is pretty funny as well.

PV being driven right toward us at the end of the 18z.  Major sheit if it's on to something.  As I've said...this type of weather usually doesn't go unanswered with a major Nina in play.

Most of the lowland snow being shown on the 18z is at day 9.  Inside of 10 days at least.

By far, the most annoying drivers are the ones that move here from a flat as a pancake midwestern town. Herr Derr we never close schools where I come from unless it's 12" deep. Meanwhile, their town has dry snow that almost always has much better grip than the 3 or 4 inches of wet slop that we typically get here and often freezes overnight into a sheet of ice. Plus their town uses 3 cubic miles of salt per year to melt the snow and rust out their vehicles. Not to mention that they have about 3 snow plows for every 5 residents.

I would love to see about 4 more frame on the 18z.  This all dovetails with what some of the Eastern mets have been saying too.  If they are saying we are going to get hit that means something, because they normally forget we exist.

This is absolutely true.  The handful of times I’ve driven up there have always been an adventure.  A lot of it seems to be road design issues.
