Winds are ripping here already. Already a 53mph gust in my backyard which is somewhat sheltered. Front has yet to reach here but expecting 80+ mph. Livingston has already gusted to 76mph. Fingers crossed we don't lose power!

Neighbor across the street just lost a 50' Blue Spruce in the front yard while I was watching out the window! Dang! missed their house and fell in the driveway. Like us they park in the garage so cars ok.

So far I have power. I slept through the peak though. Our school district is on a normal start 30 mins from now but some districts like Lewiston and Moses Lake are on a late start. From what I have seen it's been a regular wind event here but we often get winds from the SW. When I had 75mph from due south two years ago, I was afraid for my window. I get nervous when winds from the North or East come since they aren't as common here. Had a few flickers though.
