Well, any warmth is certainly out for my area.  However, this could still end up quite good if we can get some storms with heavy downpours, followed by a couple inches of snow.

season snowfall: 34.8"

'22-23: 30.2"      '21-22: 27.1"      '20-21: 52.5"      '19-20: 36.2"      '18-19: 50.2"      '17-18: 39.5"

Average snowfall: ~30"

Thundersleet!!!! Saw a big flash and then a few seconds later heard the rumble. My first thought was hail but later confirmed it was sleet, half melted snow and other semi-frozen rain. Fun stuff!!! :)

Warm front farther south?

Until the last day or so, most models had the front pushing at least a bit north of Cedar Rapids.  Instead, it is stuck down around Ottumwa.

This storm is an absolute powerhouse. It's amazing seeing the national radar play out and just see the moisture streaming off the gulf. It won't be long and my area might be looking at 6+". Here is a wider look at the up to date snow forecast for Central Neb.

Guys, I hate to clutter up the board but you have to see this. I'm posting a screen shot from the two blizzards my area have seen this year. One is from Jan. 21 and the other is today. It's amazing how the maps match up almost exact and being 82 days apart.
