Christmas event was basically Woodburn north and the Feb event dropped a very slushy inch (honestly probly less) on the grass which melted within 2 hrs. Places closer to Corvallis and Albany had nothing.

I can vouch for you.   Same here.  I got a tad more then you in Feb an inch and a half but it was pretty pathetic so the "bragging" point is an empty victory but just listen to the majority of the forum posters instead.  IT SNOWED EVERYWHERE IN THE NW! WE'RE GONNA DIE!!!    If it weren't for you and me one would think the PNW was totally snowed in last Feb since nothing exists south of Portland except Sacramento but who cares about that cow town.
