January 2019 Weather in the Pacific Northwest

Nice to see PDX holding at 41. The more we can make it through this ridge without torching our asses off the better.

That is just your opinion.    Its meaningless in the big picture if it was 41 or 51 today.    It just about how it makes you feel.    ;)

Still in the 30s here under low clouds/fog. Blissfully unaware of the +10c 850mb horrors above the clouds.

Bluebird weekend in the mountains... almost 50 and sunny at Snoqualmie Summit.

Yup, just like all of your opinions. Only difference being yours are inherently, objectively better and more correct. Just ask anyone.

Sounds like you have an inferiority complex. :)

Nope, that’s just what you act like. Hopefully next time I make a post simply stating my opinion like that you won’t feel the need to chime in. Been trying to avoid doing that to yours. Makes for a better forum. Maybe less entertaining for Dewey. :)

That’s weird.

Definitely.

Also weird that someone as high, mighty, and above-the-fray as yourself would spend so much time communing with us geeks. #You’llAlwaysBeOneOfUs

Good boy!

I prefer light to dark. That's just me. If you are drawn to the dark then more power to you.

I can't do it... light seems inherently better to me. :)

It’s just a matter of not being so one dimensional. I’m cool with both in moderation.

December was about equally warm in the West as January, if not warmer most places. FWIW.

Eh, depends what part of the “West” you’re talking about. In the PNW, warmest anomalies of the winter occurred in January (unless late Feb/early Mar spikes warmer).

January also has 5 days left to run.

You are just as one dimensional on here.   Always cheering for cold and dark... all year long.

Cold/dark > hot/humid. It is one dimensional.

Cold/dark >>>>> hot/humid. It is one dimensional.

Always the extremes with you!

Which miserable weather is a little less evil?

We don't have hot and humid here... not a concern.
