A cold upper level low moving overhead in late spring or early summer often brings (usually harmless) funnel clouds. That's due to unstable air. One was spotted over Camas around 9am this morning. The view caught by Danette is 1st pic. Scott Winkler shot the 2nd pic. Did anyone see it touch the ground/water? If so, then it would be either a waterspout or tornado.
