I disagree with what the long range Euro is showing. I would expect the next 2 to 3 weeks to be quite stormy in the Pacific NW with a trough much further west over the plains. I believe the end of the month will be much drier as NW flow will take over for a few weeks. So I see it as the opposite of whats shown above. This is based off the cycling pattern of the LRC. Lets see the models trend that way before the weekend is over.

I don’t really look at model wind speeds, they are just estimates using statistical downscaling. The formula for gusts is incredibly basic. The 4/3 km UW WRF is the only product that tends to be close, but it is initialized with the GFS and the GFS hasn’t had a juicy run like that Euro one. Low intensity and positioning and the steep N-S gradient through the central Sound are why this could be on par with other memorable events (if that track verifies).
