Perhaps, but I can't remember the last time I was jealous and it then turned into fits of anger because you were 25 degrees with 6+" of snow and I suffered in 47 degree rain. Lol. This Forum is fine the way it is. I see a max PDX-EUG gradient of -10mb. If verified that is easily Wind Advisory criteria 50mph gusts. Possibly more..
