TT-SEA
Through next weekend... looks like some mountain areas getting close to 20 inches of rain. Would likely be some serious flooding if the ECMWF verifies. It shows a firehose over western WA for at least 5 straight days. GFS and FV3 GFS show nothing like this at all. TT-SEA
The end of the ECMWF run shows the same basic 500mb pattern that brought the crazy rain totals earlier in the run... but its almost totally dry by day 10. My guess is that its picking up on tropical moisture entrenched in the westerlies next week making a benign looking 500mb pattern turn into a significant flooding scenario.
