I can get to Vancouver BC in less time than Portland. But you can't generalize too much. Some areas were quite wet this year and some areas were very dry. That is like saying a snowstorm that hits only SW WA and Oregon was region wide event... while we got absolutely nothing up here. Broad brush strokes don't always work. Not sure about Victoria. It’s real weakness is driving the cold air in too quickly when an outflow starts to kick in. Those amounts are pretty much in line with what the GFS output would suggest. North Bend Bar and Grill is good... but we avoid the Outlet Mall on weekends and holidays. We have the place all to ourselves during the week.
