Well it is official!  We look to be moving to Spokane in June. Looks like I will be monitoring and reporting from a much different climate than the swamp next fall and winter. I am so pumped!!         

Very Nice! May I ask what area? Suburb? We are selling our place isolated out in Fruitland Bum F*** Egypt and looking to move to Deer Park area, possibly Mead....

I mean, the year before the last things were fine, and the year before that low pressure systems slammed central Washington and N. Oregon. Unless those were outliers.

I love my trees! Haha. As we head into the spring the sun will set over towards the other side of the house where I have a view of Beaverton. Had some awesome sunsets there last summer.

The parallel GFS continues to show a bunch of subtle cold snaps strung together.  A pretty interesting scenario if it plays out that way.  The bottom line is it shows a good portion of the next two weeks with low thicknesses and northerly surface gradients.  There continue to be some pretty cold ensemble members as well.

Yes with performance mods. I tune it myself with my laptop. Has bigger turbo and water methonal injection. Has 211 hp on the engine dyno. Stock they are 168.

Jesus dude... thats awesome! I sold ours and bought a 4x4 Honda rancher with a snow plow when we moved here in 2015. I miss it though. We took it to Vegas in the summer of 14' and had a blast 0ut in the desert. Its crazy how much of a money pit they can become. Its an addiction.

 

I think the next money pit is a wakeboard boat. My 11 year old daughter seems to like water sports. Gives me a reason to buy a boat haha!!

Not yet, a little to early but we are looking at the south hill area But options are still open.

We are looking in the south hill area and Perry District so not to far out from downtown but still has a small town feel with all the amenities. We like being in an area with neighbors with a little privacy too. Deer park is a really nice area and not nearly as far out there. Don’t blame you for moving.

I should rephrase...November-March it can never be too cold.

 

I would love to see something like the mid 1950s happen again.  1954 - 1956 only had 3 or 4 months average above normal.
