The 12z RGEM shows a nice deformation band form along the Columbia River PDX Metro east on Monday night. Snow totals through 48 hours look decent. Hopefully that deformation band will form somewhere west of the Cascades.

The long range GFS maps have a higher chance of verifying than usual due to solid support from the EPS.

It actually hasn't delivered.  Still two weeks out.  Why would you hang your hat on that?  We can't nail down today yet.   Your absolutes are deafening.  great fun to watch but it hasn't delivered a thing yet.

It has a strong chance of happening. Normally I wouldn't hang my hat on it but the consistency of the EPS in the long range is something I never seen before. This week will be the warning shot, the target shot will be delivered within 2 weeks IMHO.

Yeah this is more or less a bonus at this point since I had already written off this winter. I think your odds of an inch or so are pretty robust given your elevation.
