It would be rather surprising if things didn't trend wetter in April. There's pretty much no southwesterly moisture tap right now and there hasn't been for weeks now. It has to come back at some point, but when?

 

Also Accuweather 90 day forecast shows plenty of thunderstorms in May.

Richland is quite nice... at least Columbia Point. And the weather is reliably warm. And there is golf and boating right there. And it's only about 2 hours away.

That was probably after a day on the slopes. Looks nice. 

 

Looking up Pasco, it has sure grown the past twenty years. Richland has not grown as fast, but still has seen significant growth the past two decades. I cannot imagine living there. It would be like a northern version of Fresno or Modesto.

Columbia Point is beautiful and the weather is usually warm and we love it.    And we put money into their economy.    So spare me your BS about the area.

Wineries galore in those areas!   

 

Yakima and Richland also have beautiful wineries.   

 

We absolutely love going over there... seems like some of you really do have a problem with low income demographics and areas that have a large hispanic population.   Not sure how else to explain it.   That is too bad because there are some absolute gems in eastern WA.
