Tony
Should be at 62-63 inches (maybe) if the GFS is right by the end of Sunday.ORD could have probably added another 3" or so if not for the observer being wayyy off on measurements that one storm back in January. Hawkeye
About 3.5" here. The total precip was at least 0.35" (that's what my gauge caught), so the ratio was pretty bad. DominicR
It's snowing moderately with decent flakes. I have over 8 inches now. It's been going all morning with periods of light to mod snow. Even a dot of 15-20dbz hitting just south of Chicago. Should be over within a hr. jaster220
That is crazy, back to back winters with snowfall in the mid to upper 80's!! The most Lincoln or Omaha has had in a season is 60, then the following year was sucky. I couldn't imagine living in the 70's and receiving that much snow fall. Golden Era! Look at the top (4) seasons in about what? an 12 year span! I was a kid back then and grew up thinking that was "normal". Adult years have been a large let-down for the most part (this yr excepting of course) Final total snowfall from Nika is 10.6inches IMBY. For season im at 65.1". Holy Crap Batman!! Big time NAM slam! Tom
Took me about 1 hour to shovel my entire driveway/walkways and I must say it was quite the back and shoulder workout! Build those delts baby! This winter just keeps on giving in our area and my final tally was just about 8.0" or a little more. My snow mounds on the side of my driveway continue to grow and my neighbors along with neighborhood folks just smile when they pass on by! I would say the top is around 10 Feet tall...Epic! Here are some pictures I took today... Snow Depth is at 14.0" IMBY...

Tom
^+1 Gabel, thanks! There has been a snow cover around here since Dec 29th and no signs of letting up anytime soon. At this rate I may have them on till end of February. Everyone on my block still has theirs on and some people in and around town still light up their Christmas Lights. This has been an amazing winter season thus far and I won't forget it. Hopefully next winter you will get your fair share of winter storms.
