AI is great on the GOA ridge placement, but it doesn't make the high latitude connection. Seems like we see this every time we go into one of these whether they work out or not.

My wife and I are expecting our 1st in June and this is good to know! We’ve been looking to buy and Auburn is (now was) a location of interest but after seeing your posts we’re gonna pass on the area. It’s disappointing considering this is one of the newer developmental areas but I guess people are just nasty. This is why we can’t have nice things. Sorry you’re going thru this.
