Here I am sitting by the window with the snow falling outside while flipping through the 18z GFS frames and cursing the stupid south winds from the low eventually heading north of PDX. I'm liking the trends for the short term, the satellite signature shows a healthy looking development. We've done better with worse so I'm pretty optimistic about the way things are shaping up over the next couple days.
