Got a little more snow just a little while ago. Best guess is that about 3.5" fell here today so far.

Impressive wind switch at SeaTac.

From 40 degrees and a SW wind gusting to 23 mph to 33 degree snow on a North wind in an hour.

Not bad for an almost March afternoon!

Appears that people are abandoning their cars on Snoqualmie Parkway going up the hill from I-90.

Probably has more to do with the I5 closure than the weather, but downtown Seattle is currently trapped under the worst gridlock I have seen in 5 years of living here. Took me 2 hours to move a block and a half.

I'm sorry you're mad Jesse. But check out this awesomeness.

That's awesome!

I'm not mad at all. Just making commentary on how many of us seem to have our enjoyment of snow tied to the social aspect of the forum these days. I have been guilty of it as well.

I am really glad to see such a fun day up north. Down here it has been in the low-mid 40s with showers at times.

Hopefully everyone feels good with their lot this winter at this point. Things have really evened out the last four weeks.

I'd say at this point if anyone up there dogs this winter you can REALLY pester the sh*t out of them now.

Just talked to a friend down on Kent East Hill. Snowing hard down there.  Must be snowing where Snowwizard is.

You can check pretty easily... he lives about 1/2 mile north of this traffic cam.  C-zone is parked over his area now so its probably go to be a snowy night there.

Ended up with around 2" of snow and a 35F high today, not bad for Feb 27. Most non-paved surfaces around here still have a solid covering of snow. There was some pretty impressive convective snow earlier today, unfortunately I missed most of it in our near windowless office. I did manage to snap some shots just as it was starting on the walk into work. Walking back it was crazy how much of a difference a couple miles made; there was almost nothing left downtown but not much melted just to the north in parts of Saanich.

Snowing again nicely here. The ground is still white from this afternoon's thundersnow and the radar looks rather encouraging.

This is easily my favorite winter since 2008. The local squirrels and I won't forget this one!

PNW drivers are the worst.

Motherf*****.

I'm happy for them. Especially considering we really won out with the coveted heavy snowfall followed by days of cold sunshine combo. But they have seen more snow falling and sticking at this point, even if it didn't stick around as long. There is fun in multiple small to moderate sticking snow events too, even if they are shortlived.

You should pay attention. In the midst of most snow events here I vanish. My enjoyment of snow would not diminish at all if this forum didn't exist. I think it would probably enhance it if I wasn't apart of this forum. I enjoy it, but it makes things less fun and less enjoyable sometimes.

I wanted more action from whatcom county posters solely for the reports. Its nice to know how other areas around the county are doing. Duhh.

It's been a cold and snowy winter.
