El_Nina
I think you might be wrong. I got the feeling that he was reporting his actual conditions in terms of recent rainfall there. I might be mistaken but it did not seem like he was just joking. I was reporting my conditions but I can still understand that the valley needs much more rain despite my backyard greening up. Wish I could control the weather.

Just enough stirring up of boundary layer today as the 500mb pattern starts to get a move on. Now hopefully we can score something sub-70 with a nice reversal tomorrow.

TT-SEA
Snow after Thanksgiving is mostly a nuisance anyway. No... you have it all wrong! The fun snow season just begins on the Sunday before Thanksgiving... and peaks on 12/24 and 12/25. That has worked wonderfully the last 3 years in a row here. The fun season officially ends on MLK Day and then we enter the snow is OK season through Valentines Day. Then finally the snow is just annoying season begins. This did not work out well at all this past spring!
