Two days below freezing... 16 inches of snow... only a 6-day period with highs below 40 with the snow on the ground... and the month ended with days of 63 and 67 degrees. I could see 15 days in a row below 40 here this month with snow on the ground. Andrew likes 1990 because of the westerly flow (which will not be a defining characteristic this month).
