Main roads still wet of course but side roads are getting slushy. 7 pm KLNK was still 34 but I would think it's 33 at the most. I'm gonna raise my call for Iowa City to 2.5" and to 5" for Cedar Rapids as a result. Models bounce around with that feature a lot but it shows up on enough of the models and on enough of the runs that I think there probably is sort of a "blotty" appearance to the final snow map. Radar CC shows a lot of mix in there. The HRRR run a couple hours ago, which showed a dry pocket over east-central IA, was just a fluky run. The latest run has a heavy band over the same spot.
