What resource do you look at to monitor the PNA?

Between 2021 and 2024, BLI saw 16/7 (Dec 2021), 17/11 (Dec 2022), and 10/3 (Jan 2024) days. The only other time they've seen 3 winters in a row with highs in the teens was 1949-52. And the 10/3 was their coldest since at least 1950.

Wished we would have been in a better position in 2012 to buy my mom’s place on Moses Lake. My stepdad passed away unexpectedly in early January 2012 and my mom did not want to stay over there alone and was moved over here by June of that year. We were still recovering from the financial hit of 2008…If it were a few years later we would have bought it as a second home as my mom priced it to sell right away and would have sold it to us even cheaper. It was fun going over there in the summer to play on the lake and in the winter for weather and a view of a frozen lake.

Everything blows up 500 miles too far west…
