Hard to tell as the parameters for that map are only for snowfall. Not sure if there is a map where you can see each specific member with sky conditions, flows, etc. instead of just a mean.

 

I'm still going through the various models/maps provided on this site so I might stumble across that data. We'll see.

I wasn’t aware that there was an 18Z Euro. Does the 6z and 18z come with a regular subscription?
