Haven't been posting much and I turned off my WB subscription back when we started making it back to 50F or warmer almost every day. Models continue to look pretty boring for here. I'm guessing spring will be starting early in the next few days.

Has anybody else on here had less than 2" of snow since Dec 2021?

Down to 28 out there. One of the rare times this winter the frost hollow effect is in full force.

I have had a royal bittch of a time getting cold nights since mid December aside from the January cold wave, and one cold night this month.  Sitting at 36 tonight due to the fact it still can't manage to get totally clear.

We had our coldest March on record last year, about 1F colder than 1951, and about 34" of snow, so not really due here... But I see you. 

For Oregon it was the 3rd coldest March on record behind 1951 and 1896. Pretty remarkable IMO.

Yikes.  Sitting at 36 in Cle Elum tonight.  Not exactly what I was expecting to see over there.

It was decent but we only had like 1-2" of snow spread out over several nights which would then melt before the sun came up.

Haven't had an event of more than like 1" since Dec 2021.

Yes, for real. I just looked to make sure. It was the coldest March in Oregon since 1917 actually. 3rd coldest on record. 

In Washington it was the 32nd coldest. If you don't believe me check it out here...

November 2022 was also the 11th coldest on record for Oregon.

32nd for WA, but that was mostly because of east of the Cascades.  Not even sure how it was so mild here by comparison.

That goes to show how unremarkable cold is without good accumulations. Last year was painful. We had plenty of days where it snowed but it never accumulated to very much.
 

I remember plenty of trace to 1/2 inch snowfalls.

Ended up with a 50/34 day here. Morning fog and frost, then sunny and on the cool side. A very visually stunning day. Crisp and the mountains were out in force.

Even though it was a cold month it didn't feel excessively gloomy at all. The cold airmasses were so deep that the cloudiness/precip was suppressed south into California for the most part. Remember quite a few days with sunshine that felt warmer than they actually were.

Same here. I know lots of posters loved it but it was always death by 0.20 slop for me.

It was a fantastic winter! I had measurable snow each month from November thru March. Even late March!

End of the GFS looked nice. Hope we can get there sooner, but if we do at some point it’s a big win.
