But the Pacific still looked Ninaish. This month has been straight up Nino out there. That's why I think a big change is probably going to happen.

Historically the Central and North sections of the east slopes hold onto cold much better than southern WA and OR. Your elevation is much lower than places like Bend and yet it's way colder for normal max temps in the winter. From Ellensburg northward Central WA is a great climate.

I hope we got there sooner but you could be right. We had 1996, 2008 and 2019. We should get a couple 2012 or 2021 type events to hold us over.

I wouldn't be surprised if February-April are cooler compared to average...
