November 2018 Weather in the Pacific Northwest

Thanks, looks like it really cut down on the precip amounts too, unfortunately.  Although it looks like there might by a system early Saturday morning.

Though it is the EURO so it will change dramatically about 7-8 times and then spit out an accurate solution about 12 hours before the time period in question and everyone will hail it as king.

Elevation 580’ Location a few miles east of I-5 on the Snohomish Co side of the Snohomish/Skagit border. I love snow/cold AND sun/warmth!

Any snow maps?  Previous runs were showing trace-3 inches in my area.

You can tell from the precip maps that the snowfall would be minimal.

Here is total snow from  4 p.m. Friday through 4 p.m. Saturday:

The ECMWF is far superior with surface details and precip... its just a fact.   Obviously getting the 500b pattern correct is important as well... but once that becomes locked in then the ECMWF is the best model we have for predicting the tangible weather on the ground.

Proved it last week with the Apple Cup forecast.

This is way too early.   This needs to wait until just after New Years Day!

Lots of bulbs look like that up here too

A soon as we get through fall... spring starts up again.     And lasts for about 6 or 7 months until we get to our 8-12 weeks of summer.

Our climate is predominantly "spring".

A lot of spread on the ensembles. The weekend into early next week will be the coolest air of the season. Nothing special, but could be some chilly nights if we get clearing.

Tonight maybe a few showers out of this here.

seachickens are a shadow of themselves this year... score?

I think they might be on the rise again after cutting ties now with all of their over-paid stars from the glory years.

And what does losing to the Seahawks at home say about the greatest team ever created... everyone's favorite team across this country of course... the Carolina Panthers led by the biggest baby in the NFL?

Cam is enormously talented that 2010 season at Auburn was unreal.

I am starting to believe in Wilson.

CPC 8-14 day outlook looks good for skiers.  Temps look to be a little below normal (not arctic), with precip a little above normal.

12Z EPS for the 9-14 day period (best match I can get) does not agree...
