jaster220
I used to not think you could get any worse than OAX until I joined this board and saw the stuff Grand Rapids puts out. Seems like every holiday that we have a storm they've got the sub players on duty and everything reads like an 8th grader wrote it. Nonetheless, I cherry picked a small gem buried in the update for TAF sites: The worst conditions associated with the incoming winter storm areexpected to occur after 06Z/1AM with VLIFR visibilities of 1/4 to1/2 a mile becoming possible especially at AZO/BTL/JXN. Note thatthe timing of the worst conditions is later in this forecastpackage than those previous. Prolly be much lower vis at times if any of these SR models are reflective. Eventually headlines will catch up.
