Maybe I’m weird but I’ve always liked the early sunsets. The long evenings can be cozy. On the flip side I’ve always enjoyed the super late sunsets on the opposite side of the year too. I enjoy dynamism when it comes to daylight length throughout the year. To me it would be strange living at a lower latitude where daylight length and sun angle are more uniform year round. I realize this is just personal preference though.
Looks like even my warmest case scenario for them was too cool. They hit 74
Meanwhile, just 70 here for a 70/52 day. Partly cloudy much of the morning and afternoon, becoming mostly cloudy later.
It’s a great evening out there with brooding dark skies, interesting clouds and a cooling breeze. Already down to 59 now, at sunset.
Wild, I was just in downtown Houston a little over a month ago. Saw the heart of the original settlement (Allen’s Landing) where the White Oak and Buffalo Bayous come together. Cool spot.
