Streaks are made to be broken but it’ll be interesting to see how long that one lasts. I don’t expect the s valley to have much action but who knows?

After 4am Sunday morning (3rd) 850mb temps never get above -3C at PDX or SLE. They never get below -8C either, but stay mostly in the -5 to -7C range the rest of the run. They are at their coldest hours 192-240.

Yeah it isn't all that impressively cold of an airmass so onshore flow probably is going to be too warm for the lowest elevations here. I'm confident the Columbia basin will be plenty cold though. Going to need to rely on some help from the gorge for snow in PDX metro and maybe down to SLE.
