Very weak system.   Each of the regional radars makes it look like its raining elsewhere.

Seattle radar shows its raining down south towards Portland... its not.

Coastal radar makes it looks like its raining in the Seattle area... its not.

And Portland radar also shows rain up here and in Olympia... its dry.

Yeah never was advertised to be strong. Just a breezy drizzly cool day here. Hopefully it produces more in the way of rainfall tomorrow and Friday.

Taking a quick glance at KMAX it would look like a front coming but that might not reach this far.

Looks like the first real echoes of the day are moving NE into the Puget Sound region from the SW interior as well.

wet down here as well now. Rain started about 5 minutes ago.

I see that on radar... decent looking cell.

Whatever hits Tacoma usually ends up here eventually.

Are we over reacting to the gfs? Does the euro say the same thing or much cooler?

ECMWF shows 88 on Tuesday... 91 on Wednesday... and 87 on Thursday for Portland.

Some lightning strikes detected in those cells up north in the last few minutes.

Yep been hearing some rumbles.

Still completely dry at my house at the moment however!
