Hard to see where the precipitation up this way is going to come from looking at the current satellite there's little notable cloud formations to our west. If you look at ONE particular time frame (the last month or whatever) it’s been slightly wetter than average in a few spots. But the last two months, three months, four months, six months have all easily been much drier than average for the region.
