Could be quite the bloodbath coming up.I haven’t seen any actual pictures of things flowering yet. There are lots of flowering posts on there now though... you should join!I never doubted the green grass thing really. We have cool season grasses in the PNW. Although the grass is in the valley here is usually green year around except for maybe August in some years. Farmboy Posted January 14, 2018 Report Share Posted January 14, 2018 Actually looks like a lot of the cold air is being pushed around the western flanks of the the Brooks range down into western Alaska and being pulled out into the GOA by that low hanging around the Kenai peninsula. The other low off the Northern BC coast/Southeast AK is then dragging it closer to Washington/Oregon, maybe if there was a stronger push upstream, there may be something to it....
