kokaneekidz
That was one hell of a post Christmas madness! We had to race over to the family lake house to shovel the then flat roof before it collapsed. We put a regular roof on it during the spring of 1997 due to that worry. 20” of snow fell that Saturday night before heavy rain fell on it Sunday morning. Had 8” on the ground before the 20” fell...it was crazy!Yeah we may not see another episode in our lifetimes again. But never say never.. Guest Sounder
Pretty interesting temperature map for the central Sound this afternoon. Huge spread between the Kitsap Peninsula and parts of the Eastside. 50 degrees on the water in Bremerton and 34 in Sammamish. Great example of why any good weenie should avoid waterfront property around here. You can also see exactly where the CZ is without even looking at the radar with that strip of low temperatures from Port Ludlow to South Everett. If that CZ sticks around for a few more hours someone could score big a little later. Looking at traffic cams it doesn't look like it's fully switched to snow in the CZ yet though.
