SilverFallsAndrew
It certainly showed the main action and center of the cold anomalies sinking south into OR and CA. That was the entire point of my post last week. That is a nicer pattern for the Seattle area. Perhaps. I live in Oregon where afternoon temps are generally 10-15 degrees below average right now. TT-SEA
Perhaps. I live in Oregon where afternoon temps are generally 10-15 degrees below average right now. And last week it was struggling into the 30s at my house and its much warmer now. My post last week was specifically about the weather in the Seattle area for the period after we returned home from Hawaii. And it actually worked out exactly as I was hoping... despite the many posts about the GFS going full board for another arctic blast late this week and tons of lowland snow on the way. The pattern has shifted to a ULL scenario in OR and CA... which is generally pretty nice for WA. That is where I live. The GFS was completely wrong with the second blast scenario. TT-SEA
Garbage You are just trolling now. I will track your "major snow event" 10 days from now. Then we can compare those same maps when that day arrives. The EPS was crazy cold leading up to the second half of February... actually 2 weeks before it started. I knew it was coming for that very reason. It does not show anything like that now. luvssnow_spokane
You're throwing bible references in here. Impressive. People spend endless hours searching for rain/damp and cold temps, others spend hours searching for a mixture of rain/warmth, and the rest dry/warmth. People are allowed to cherry pick their own preference, just stop getting mad at others when they want one preference over the other. ifred has had to tell you guys endlessly in the past, why do we need to un-ban or un-mod preview people and still have the same results happen? If warm anomalies trigger you, or cold anomalies trigger you, take a break from the forums, otherwise keep discussing instead of saying "Tim this" "Tim that" when you're also guilty of the same thing.I agree Quote My Weather Station https://tempestwx.com/station/61434

This one probably has the most advanced knowledge overall, my favorite is drama free and regionally focused, and the other is from CA that is reliable for snow forecasts. The funny thing about that one is that it used to be attached to Mammoth Mountain's website, but they didn't want the drama attached to their site so they disconnected it and pretty much old members are the only ones able to find the URL because it's been changed several times. 1 Quote Bend, ORElevation: 3550' Snow History:Nov: 1"Dec: .5"Jan: 1.9"Feb: 12.7"Mar: 1.0"Total: 17.1" 2016/2017: 70"2015/2016: 34"Average: ~25" 2017/2018 Winter TempsLowest Min: 1F on 2/23Lowest Max: 23F on 12/24, 2/22Lows <32: 87Highs <32:
