TT-SEA
We have reached the stage where Tim claims he is completely innocent. Let's see if history can clue is in to what happens next... You will keep attacking me for conversations about the weather today that had nothing to do with you? That seems about right. SilverFallsAndrew
I'm kind of liking what I'm seeing. Various runs of the different models keep making it cold at some point over the next couple of weeks. Right now the trough just after Christmas looks like it could easily be a lowland snow maker. It's pretty intriguing to see the GFS have two runs show an exploding GOA ridge in early January. That one has been shown to be something potentially major. Right now the parallel model looks really chilly mid / late next week. Currently 38 and raining here after a 47 - 32 range today. Much more wintry than previous days. 41/29 here today which is about exactly average as now through the first week of January is statistically the coldest time of the year. Even though our average low only bottoms out at 29, our average low will stay 32 or lower through most of March, it is a slow warmup on the other side up here. Anyways, you are right about the FV-3. I feel like I have about a 50/50 chance of seeing a nice dusting up here at some point next week. BLI snowman
We’ve also reached the stage once again where someone has managed to make Tim seem like the sanest one during one of these clusterfucks. Yeah, I'm not even sure what this latest garbage is about. Tim's comments today appeared wildly innocuous. Time for folks to put on their big boy pants and move on. Brian_in_Leavenworth
It is snowing all around me.BTW, not trying to "rub it in", I really hope all of you get some snow this winter. I remember last Christmas many of you got more snow than I did, and that was fine, I was really happy for all of you who had a white Christmas. We already had a fair amount of snow, and only got an inch or so Christmas Eve, so it was definitely your time to score.
