Oh and it’s still raining...Hasn’t stopped in I don’t know how many days now. .21” so far on the day. 2 Elevation 580’ Location a few miles east of I-5 on the Snohomish Co side of the Snohomish/Skagit border. The 00Z run had the block drifting away a little earlier.
