This is the most of any lowland location I know of in Clark County. Which, besides the CZ/band near Snohomish, the radar is looking fairly weak so they will probably end up right barring any further CZ development as the L starts to move South. This event reminds of the last two in December. Very weak arctic front, and snow in all the same places. Marginal borderline snow everywhere else.
