Although I have been wrong many times before using that method.You'd know more about that than me. Personally I'd argue that June/July should have been cooler, but a combination of factors external to the region altered the pattern enough to change that outcome. I think 9/10 times, the outcome in such a boundary state would be cooler. The only thing that could mess things up over there would be a region wide system. Kind of like this morning, when they had overcast skies over there for awhile.
