The 12z GFS has increased amounts for Kelso, Clark Co, and the Cascade foothills, but is not nearly as good for West metro and west of I-5 until you get down towards Eugene.

Beaverton SD is really getting nervous now, though the roads are still mostly bare here. Still snowing lightly.

 

What is the temp in that area currently?

I think Clark Co, up toward Kelso will do well. Metro I have a very hard time seeing more than 1-2" max.

We'll be fine here in PDX Metro. Models didn't have any snow reaching eastern PDX Metro but it already has.

Maybe. The lower to mid level circulation off-shore near Aberdeen is fairly vigorous.

at 8am at 29 degrees with light-mod snow snow is barely sticking to roads in scappoose this morning. Minimal impact on roads mid-day unless you get heavy snow
