Ouch...one of the guys on my team has plantar fasciatis, another broke his leg in September, but both are somehow powering through. But as my knee heals, my gait has changed--now my hip is involved. Sucks to be old. Old fat men should never play basketball--which is how I got hurt in the first place. I tore my acl and meniscus I’m 2013 playing basketball, it was an intense rehab and sucked but the rehab got me into working out a ton now I am a personal trainer on the side. I thought that was the worst injury you could have until this fall when I developed plantar fasciitis... it’s the most painful nagging injury I have had. I haven’t been able to run or hoop since before thanksgiving. Constant pain... I’m finally getting an injection and X-ray Monday.
