Always wanted to go to a snowy mountain village like whistler, and I happen to be going for the first time on the 26th! It’s looking like it’s going to be very ******* cold. Perhaps the coldest temps I’ve ever been in. Should be awesome.

Late to the convo, but while it's a dang fine show, Prince in 2007 is what gets me- Purple Rain in the Rain? Chills every time. Wasn't a Prince fan before I watched it, was after. 

We had a solid sheet of ice on the pavement this morning, but no snow left on the ground at this point. Got a late start out of my school district however and that's always appreciated. Will be curious how cold it gets tonight- it's already down to 38.

I managed about an inch though the roads certainly had less than that. I'm happy for that little event but disappointing that this didn't really do much for most of the metro. PDX just seems to hellbent on avoiding snow. 

I hope something works out in the coming week or so but not counting on anything more for the winter.

Considering it was only 1.25” of snow I received last night/early this morning it did well surviving the day! Not so much on the driveway though. Down to 32 now.

So I’ll be moving soon — what are the best places for snow on the west side of the mountains no more than a ~35 minute drive from Seattle? Rent has to be under 3500 if we have any real estate moguls in this community but I don’t think that will be a limitation.

I drove through your area today on I-5 right around the skagit/snohomish county border was the most snowy place I saw besides federal way.

My area is 35min from Seattle on early Sunday mornings and if you drive fast!
