Maybe I’m weird but I’ve always liked the early sunsets. The long evenings can be cozy. On the flip side I’ve always enjoyed the super late sunsets on the opposite side of the year too. I enjoy dynamism when it comes to daylight length throughout the year. To me it would be strange living at a lower latitude where daylight length and sun angle are more uniform year round. I realize this is just personal preference though.
Cool and active throughout with arctic air in November and February. Who gets how much snow where will always be fickle for the lowlands, but we could do a lot worse.
Whatever happens, happens. I’m still coming down from having won the aurora borealis lottery Friday night. So often it either fizzles or gets clouded out. To have it all line up during the strongest solar storm in a generation is to reiterate like winning the lottery.
