925mb temps 2-3C down there. I don’t know the nuances of your area that great but something around 0 would probably do the trick. Up here around -1C would be enough and we would get there in an hour or 2 if the precip rates kept up. I think somewhere north of here on Vancouver island will do pretty good today with a bit of elevation.
