I can't believe after 90 straight days of ridging we wouldn't have some sort of breakdown. In the worst of the drought years May would usually be cold and wet for us. This La Nina has been more brutal than previous La Ninas for some reason, bringing historic levels of dryness to CA. CA is often drier than normal during La Nina, especially across the southern half of the state, but this season has been beyond ridiculous in terms of EXTREME dryness, as even the north has been extremely dry! Everyone else has been either below normal or WAY below normal!
